We take care to pack and send each item safely.
Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout where available, or confirmed with you directly for larger, fragile or bespoke pieces.
Standard shop orders
Small items purchased through the shop are usually prepared and dispatched within [CHECK: 3–5 working days] of your order being placed.
Delivery times may vary depending on the item, the delivery address and the courier used. If there is likely to be a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Collection
Collection from the workshop may be possible by appointment for some items. Please contact us before visiting so that we can make sure your order is ready.
Workshop visits are by appointment only.
Larger items
Some larger pieces may need a different delivery arrangement, especially if they are heavy, fragile or made in small batches.
Where this applies, we will contact you after your order to confirm the best delivery option, timing and cost before the item is sent.
Delivery areas
We usually work with homeowners across Leicestershire and the surrounding area. Shop delivery is currently available to [CHECK: UK mainland / local delivery only / UK-wide].

Bespoke and made-to-measure work
Delivery or fitting for bespoke joinery, fitted furniture and made-to-measure pieces will be discussed as part of your quotation.
Because every project is different, timescales, access requirements and fitting dates will be agreed with you directly before the work begins.
Damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please keep the packaging and send photographs of the item and packaging so that we can look into it properly and arrange the next step.
